UGT is governed by a Board of Trustees selected to reflect the representation of the stakeholders in the small-scale sector currently comprised of the following membership:

• Arch. Dr. B. Nawangwe (Dean Faculty of Technology)
• Mr. I. Kyayonka (M.D. Shell-Uganda)
• Mrs. Lydia Ochieng Obbo (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
• Mr. Peter Kimbowa (IFE Consultants)

The Board of Trustees is responsible for policy formulation and guiding management on fulfilling the mission of the Trust.
